CHAPTER – XIX
Emotions are a humanitarian way of putting label inexperience. We all do it unconsciously. They are experienced as a sense of urgency, directly associated with physical sensation in our body. For example, Anger gives the sense to fight, drive faster or change the course. It is connected with the heat in the face, and alertness in limbs, which lead us to oppose a foe. Similarly, joy immerses the individual in the goodness around. It gives pleasant warmth across the chest, neck and midsection, and allows us to pay attention so that we can have a similar experience again.
Restart 2020 talks about emotions and how they shape our future. We learn these emotions during childhood from the ones around us and how we respond to the world. Emotion is like a colourful sticky note that puts on experience unconsciously. These are energy in motion, and we all go through different emotions in our life. The book will help us overcome our emotions and reach stability to achieve better things in life.
